Sutherland attorneys Susan G. Lafferty, Daniella Landers, and R. Michael Sweeney Jr. recently spoke on at the Nov. 8, 2012, ACC Houston Energy Practice Group luncheon. The panel discussion, entitled “Hot Topics in Energy Litigation and Regulatory Enforcement.” discussed emerging U.S. trends in energy litigation and regulatory enforcement while contemplating what might be on the horizon.
